For over 25 years Barnet’s Polymers Business has delivered experience, competence, quality and reliability to a global market as a supplier of thermoplastic products. With production sites in Europe and the USA we specialize in the recycling of Nylon 6, Nylon 66 and PET residues in any form. In addition to producing compounding feedstocks, Barnet can also supply first grade and off grade virgin compound feedstocks. We also have experience with other resins, such as PP, ABS, PC, and PBT.

 

WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS

The high quality products in our portfolio are primarily used as compounding feedstocks. Their main field of applications in the plastics industry are automotive, electrical, building, construction and packaging.

 

EVERYTHING IN-HOUSE

From sourcing via production to sales. Everything is kept in-house to make sure that knowledge is exactly in place where it is needed. Our production facilities include melt filtered pelletization, agglomeration, grinding, drying, crystallization, screening, blending, baling / repacking.

Quality management with Control Systems in Manufacturing and in our own laboratories are a standard. All substances in our products have been preregistered with REACH. Our production site quality systems are certified and registered to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Additionally, our lab is accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA).

 

PRODUCTION SITES

Barnet produces compounding feedstocks at three manufacturing sites located in Duncan, South Carolina, USA, Obernburg, Bayern, Germany and Humenné Slovakia.
