| Barnet is a worldwide trader
of synthetic filament yarns for both textile and industrial
applications. In addition to our sales yarns, we are also
large buyers of all types of polyester, nylon and polypropylene
filament yarns that are used as raw materials for staple
in our fiber plants in the USA and Europe.
Worldwide sales go into markets that use polyester,
nylon 6, nylon 66 and polypropylene filament yarns.
Some of the end use markets are circular knitting, warp
knitting and weaving. Barnet has unique capabilities
internally that can produce special products, such as
tow winding or plaited packing for flocking. These multifilament
yarns are in several qualities, such as first grade,
B-grade and substandard, all with a wide range of characteristics
for a variety of applications.
Barnet also offers contract services worldwide. Examples
of such services are cutting, cleaning and returning
metal cops, beams and other related returnable packaging
products. Barnet is interested in pursuing these and
other related services upon request.
