The nylon fiber handled by our company is always available in Nylon 6 and Nylon 6.6. To meet requirements for each application, we offer a wide range of deniers that we can split into 4 application areas:
  • Woolen Spinning
  • Carpet Spinning
  • Non-woven
  • Reinforcement & Paper Industry

Woolen Spinning

The fibers for woolen spinning are produced at our plants in the USA and Europe. The deniers for these fibers range from fine to coarse. We also supplement the production from these plants with fibers we source from major producers from all over the world.

Carpet Spinning

The fibers required in a carpet-spinning mill are being produced by the same plants or are being sourced by us from all major carpet staple fiber producers in the world. These fibers are available in all types of lusters and cross sections such as bright trilobal, semi-dull trilobal, bright round, semi-dull round with different dyeing affinities such as regular dye, deep dye, low dye and cationic dye.

Non-Woven

A wide range of fibers is utilized in non-woven production. There are the standard woolen types, coarser types and the type made from a cut and crimped nylon BCF yarn. We can process these fibers to any required cut length.

Reinforcement & Paper Industry

In our Arcadia, USA plant, we produce short cut products for various types of reinforcement. short cut fibers are available in a wide variety of deniers and lusters. End uses include paper, concrete and asphalt reinforcement.
