Sanjay Kadam is a man of many talents. Most valuable to Barnet, is his in-depth knowledge of products, which he has used this to develop various successful customer relationships for Barnet. Since he joined Barnet India in 2008 (introduced by Mr Vishwanathan), his vast experience and rapport with his customers has enabled him to sell PA66 Polymers & Yarns for different end uses.
He has been successful in finding viable solutions for customers while responding to their needs or issues re products sold and hence maintaining customer satisfaction. He credits this to his past working experience, working as a Technical Service Manager at Nirlon – a pioneer Nylon Yarn producer in India.
He has been a pillar in the creation of our Polymer business. With his expertise, we have grown our PA66 resin business in India by over 500% which has, in turn, created many new jobs.
In addition to working with BIND for the past 15 years he enjoys being on his toes, always looking for the next adventure! He loves traditional Indian food, is an avid cricket player (Has won many prizes at local cricket tournaments); along with he is a great carrom play. He has a great voice and enjoys signing local Indian songs, at musical functions, and sometimes in the office!
A dedicated, focused, and hard worker Sanjay is part of a beautiful family. His wife Smita works with a leading Indian insurance company. He has two sons; his elder son finished his Master in computer-science in USC (California) and has been working in LA since 2018. His Younger son is in final year of electronics and communications engineering.
