barnet implements new ERP system for better customer services

After about two years of development barnet will start it’s brand new ERP System.

The basis for the data acquisition process is a survey that enables every customer to access the database of the ERP system via an individual link and to store their own business data there.

The purpose of the extensive campaign is to make communication, orders and payment as effective as possible. This avoids long waiting times and is therefore a major benefit for Barnet’s customers and the company itself.

Naturally, the data are only used in the course of business activities with the respective customer and of course are subject to maximum data protection.
