We are pleased to announce that on October 2, 2017, the assets of The Davy Group Ltd. have been acquired by Barnet Europe which is headquartered in Aachen, Germany.
This is a positive event and transaction for both our companies, our associates and our business partners. We will continue to operate from the same locations and you will deal with the same people. However, The Davy Group Ltd will now operate within Barnet Europe as a business unit known as
BARNET – DAVY TECHNICAL FIBERS
The integration of The Davy Group Ltd will begin immediately with Barnet Europe’s Andreas Weisbecker working alongside and coordinating with Andrew Davy. This will create a seamless transition and you should see little or no change in daily activities.
The combination of similar histories and philosophies, knowledge, supply, distribution and processing capabilities will greatly expand our activities in all forms of recycled and virgin technical fibers and yarns.
Barnet Europe is part of the Barnet Group of companies that has a presence either processing or buying and selling of fibers, yarns and polymers in over 70 countries worldwide. As mentioned, Barnet Europe is headquartered in Aachen, Germany, Barnet USA in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Barnet Pacific in Hong Kong, Barnet Trading in Shanghai and Barnet India in Mumbai.
